They provide a comprehensive range of services, including admission, counselling, enrolment, consultation, prophylaxis, CD4 testing, and viral load testing. 

To the Clients eligible for antiretroviral (ARV) drugs, they are offered behaviour change communication, prescription services, reception and handling of prescriptions, preparation of medicines, and provision of directives and counselling related to medicines. 

Additionally, the services include delivering medicines, conducting home visits to support adherence, and follow-up care, as well as data entry to ensure accurate record.
